It’s time for Saturday songs again! Today I’m sharing songs for learning the parts of the body — las partes del cuerpo– in Spanish. The pickings were kind of slim, so if you have a favorite song I didn’t include, please let me know! Parts of the body is a great topic for little ones, because it’s hands-on and relevant. If you want to practice parts of the body, use “tócate ______” (touch) or “levanta” (raise). For example, “tócate la nariz,” or “levanta el pie.” “Pon” (put) can also be fun: “Pon la nariz en el pie.” Reviewing parts of the body can be a fun way to get the wiggles out when starting a class.
