Episode 13: El restaurante
Ordering a meal, er/ ir verbs,  more food.

Game: Batalla Naval

Print out the Battleship games I have available as a freebie and fill in the verbs from Episode 10. (Or buy the Mi Vida Loca Activity Pack and print our ready-to-go games aligned to this episode!)
Each team gets a board and fills in their ships vertically and/or horizontally in the top section (the ships may touch each other but shouldn’t cross) . They must try to fill in the opposing team’s side and record their hits and misses on the bottom section. To guess certain squares, the team conjugates the verb for that square and the opposing teams responds with agua, tocado, or hundido. The first team to sink all the opposing team’s ships wins.

Activity: Restaurant Simulation

Have your students make menus and practice being waiters and customers to order food. As part of my Mi Vida Loca Activity Pack the students do this, and I also sell a blank menu on TpT. Or you can just make your own!
